Terms for using the Build 4 Store website and services.

Agreement

By using this website or hiring Build 4 Store, you agree to these terms.

We design, build and manage websites and online stores. The scope, price and timeline of each project are agreed in writing before work begins.

Project fees are paid as set out in your quote. Platform subscriptions, domains, themes and apps are paid directly to those providers.

You agree to provide content, brand assets and access on time and to give feedback promptly. Delays on your side may move the timeline.

On full payment, you own the website files and content delivered to you. We may show non-confidential project work in our portfolio.

Shopify, WordPress and other platforms have their own terms and can change. We are not responsible for changes made by those providers.

We take care in our work but cannot guarantee specific sales or search rankings. Our liability is limited to the fees you paid for the affected work.

Either side can end a project or plan in writing. Fees for work already completed remain payable.
